I live in Pennsylvania and needed an alternator for a 12 year old Ford Taurus. I
found the website very simple and user friendly. There were several options for
this specific car so I called and talked to one of the two owners who explained
in detail what I should do. I'm not a mechanic and don't generally work on my
own cars, but in this case I did. I ordered it on line with no taxes or shipping
charges or silly core charge and it was promptly delivered the next day. The
alternator has a Lifetime warranty and seriously looks brand new!! Rest assured
this is a cost competitive, friendly and customer service driven company with
quality products!! I would recommend them to consumers and mechanics for
competitively priced quality products.

Hi Steve - I was able to replace the alternator on the 2000
Toyota Avalon. At last for now the squealing is gone. My analysis suggests that
I had tightned the original belt too tight.
Thanks for all your help. I wish there were more vendors
like you out there for other parts as well. You should consider carrying other
parts as well. Your service was awesome - no pressure at all, instead of trying
to make a sale, you were helping me solve my problem.
BTW – Your website links for sending the Praise do not yet
work. You might consider putting up a “under construction” web page for those
links.

no core needed, so no core charges.
there starters are reman DELCO starters so you dont have
any fitment problems, i was very happy with the quality of the item, there was
even two different quality control stamps on it.
even came with a "birth sheet" telling all its output #'s and what not....
i even called them after i placed the order just to make sure they got
the order and chatted with the owner for about half an hour, and they really got

I had purchased an alternator from you back in March of
this year. I recently have started having a wobble to my crankshaft pulley. I
was wondering if there was anyone you could refer me to for purchasing this part
for my 1997 Acura TL 2.5L, 5 cylinder.
Your company seems to have the best prices and quality in
the country for alternators and starters (purchased a starter for my 1997 Toyota
a few weeks back.) I'm hopeful you can find someone to help me whom provides a
good price with the same level of quality you have provided to me.

other day and my son called for his alternator. It was installed last night and
he is up and running again. We are both very pleased that we found your company
and even more that you were able to respond so quickly by sending another
alternator (first one having the wrong pulley). On the prone you gave me
confidence in your knowledge and there is no question you are true to your
customers.
Being in the
fleet management business it’s not unusual for me to see a different outcome
when it comes to customer satisfaction.
I had the opportunity a few minuets ago to pass
your phone number to a repair shop looking for an alternator on a 1998 Chevrolet
P30 and if he can’t locate locally I instructed our technician to have them call
you.

Hi,
I ordered an alternator for my daughter's 2002 Mercury
Cougar from you. It came in as promised the next day, and we were extremely
pleased with both your product and your service. We had ordered an alternator
from another online source, and they sent us the wrong alternator. If they had
used actual photos on their website like you do (instead of generic pictures) I
could have told them their catalog was wrong. Now I'm stuck waiting three days
for an RMA, and 30 days for a refund. You guys got it right the first time!

This was

I went to your website, hoping
there was a "Customer Testimonial" area but didn't find one.
On Tuesday, my 1984 BMW 633csi
started acting up. After determining that my problem was a dead alternator (I
can't really complain, it was the ORIGINAL!), I set out to find a replacement.
Of course, none of the local
auto parts stores had one in stock, so I set out to find one online. After
searching for about an hour or so, I was able to find quite a few companies who
sold a replacement, however most were talking $60+ core charges, $50-$60 extra
for overnight shipping, etc.
Then I found your website. You
had the best price, and FREE overnight shipping (I couldn't turn that down!)
I place my order around 4:30
EST, and thought the best I could expect was to receive my order on Thursday.
Imaging my surprise when - within an hour - I received an email from you
informing me the alternator had shipped and providing me with a tracking number.
To make a long story short, by
the time I got home from work yesterday (3PM EST), the alternator was sitting on
my front porch. Took me about an hour to install, and now I'm back on the road.
